New homes on the way for Clachan of Campsie
Plans have been granted to build six houses and two commercial units in Clachan of Campsie.
Land and Property Holdings Ltd want to develop the site adjacent to the footpath east of Aldessan House.
The plans include demolition of the existing timber craft unit, car parking and a new bus turning area.
The plans were given the go-ahead, subject to conditions and legal agreement, which states that the developer contribute £27,750 towards affordable housing and £6,000 towards open space.
