New officers on the beat at East Ren schools

PC Christy-Lee McDowall will be based in Woodfarm secondary , PC Alan Walker will take on the role at Barrhead high and PC Alistair Lindsay will be the campus officer at Eastwood high.

PC Gordon Sweeney will remain at St Luke’s and PC David Cunningham will be based at Mearns Castle high.

Inspector Alan Dickson told The Extra: “All are very experienced officers who have undergone a robust interview and selection process for this invaluable role.

“They are all very keen to get settled in and get known within their new schools and communities.”
