New school for East Pollokshields
PLANS are in place to build a new primary school in East Pollokshields.
The new build will replace the existing Glendale primary school and be sited on McCulloch Street, where the social work department is.
Work is due to commence next spring and is expected to be completed by autumn 2015.
On completition, the current Glendal primary site will become a seven-a-side football pitch.
