NL Industries shortlisted for UK award

NL Industries is one of five organisations whose award submission will now continue through the second stage of the judging process with the winner being announced in June.

The business has increased its turnover by over 400 per cent in the last three years due to the strong culture of employee engagement developed from within.

Disabled people aren’t just encouraged to work, but also contribute and develop in order to fulfil their potential and realise their own often unique aspirations.
