Parking chaos at John Cumming stadium, Carluke

Clydesdale West’s David Shearer feels it is ludicrous that users of the state-of-the-art arena – tipped to host major events including Scottish Athletics meetings – have to battle for parking spaces allocated to the nearby High School and Leisure Centre.

“Having patrons using the same car park for three different places is a stupid concept,” Councillor Shearer said.
