Hide AdKirsty said: “I’ve attended classes at the Foundry since I was born and East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure gave me my first permanent classes teaching spin and HIIT. I now cover classes when I’m back home, which is always so lovely.
“I’m currently living in London and working as an actress but I’m recording these classes for East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure as I also wanted to say thank you for all the opportunities they gave me when I first became an instructor.
“I can’t wait to finally be able to come north of the border again and cover classes as I miss everyone so much!
“It’s been great to be able to connect with participants even though I’m so far away. I love teaching when I can.”
