Scotia Capital Partners has submitted an application to construct 36 flats on Birkenshaw Street.
The plans, if approved, would see two blocks built - at the northern and southern edges of the site.
The first block, the larger of the two, would have underground parking, with parking spaces also built on the land between the two blocks.
