Help recognise East Renfrewshire’s unsung community heroes

Nominations are now open to crown East Renfrewshire’s citizen of the year 2019.

East Renfrewshire Council’s Provost’s Award is an annual opportunity to honour dedicated groups and volunteers for their invaluable work in the community, which makes a difference to the lives of many others.

Provost Jim Fletcher said: “I am always delighted to hear about hard working members of our local community who go above and beyond to make East Renfrewshire a great place to live, work and visit. This award is a fantastic way for me to thank those who dedicate their time day in, day out to make a positive contribution to our local area. I would encourage anyone who knows an individual or group who deserves to be praised to complete a nomination form.”
