Lennoxtown care home resident completes 100 laps in wheelchair to raise funds
A resident at Springvale Care Home at Lennoxtown has collected more than £300 from her fabulous fundraising feat in her wheelchair.
Despite a number of health issues, Helen Scott completed an impressive 100 laps of the grounds in aid of a fellow care home where her son Duncan lives. She thanks all for their support.
Victor Dewson , Springvale’s Manager said: "Team Springvale were delighted to support Helen in her determination to complete 100 laps of the garden to support her son Duncan’s care home at John Street in Kirkintilloch.
"Helen completed this in three days in wind rain and sunshine, with determination and a laugh.”
