Choir Chairman Ken MacLeod said: “We have been working hard at our weekly online rehearsals.
“It has been a fun and significant learning process for us!
“Join us on the 30th, or anytime thereafter, and if doing so please help our
charity, Alzheimer Scotland, whom we are supporting again this year.”
Donations can be made through our JustGiving page, accessible via :
Ken added: “Despite the restrictions we have all faced, the choir has so far raised a magnificent £10,233 for the charity over the past 18 months.
"In addition to the generosity of our supporters, we have virtually blethered, virtually sung, actually walked (the Kiltwalk) and one chorister raised £500 actually making walking sticks!
"Charities have been badly affected of late, so local people’s continuing support will help build on our efforts to date backing a worthy, local charity
who do great work in the community.
"Please help us spread the word of our online concert to your friends and
family, and we look forward to performing.”
He added that the choir are also on the lookout for new blood. If you are
