Police investigate thefts

A two figure sum of cash was stolen from an unlocked home in Rennie Road, Kilsyth, between 1.30pm and 5pm on Thursday, May 9.

The 20-year-old occupier returned home to find that someone had entered and stolen money from the bedroom.

Ten iPads were stolen from a retail site in Castlecary, Cumbernauld, on the same day between 8pm and 10pm.

Police say entry was forced into the premises from the rear of the building before the theft took place.while on the move.
