Police plea for witnesses after Cumbernauld assault

CARBRAIN was the scene of an assault by a cowardly group of males who targeted a passer-by on Saturday (August 11)

A 24-year-old man was nearing the steps at Beechwood Court near Craigieburn Road around 10pm when a group of thugs surrounded him.

He was then attacked by the group – who are now being sought by detective.
