Police seek help in finding Glasgow man not seen for two weeks

Concern is growing for the safety and wellbeing of a Glasgow man who has been missing for more than a fortnight.

Police Scotland is seeking the assistance of the public in trying to locate 46-year-old John O’Donnell, was last seen in The Hub in London Road on Saturday, December 29.

John’s home is in Wyndford Road, Maryhill, but he hasn’t been seen there for a number of weeks.

His family live in the southside of Glasgow, but they have not seen or heard from him and are growing increasingly concerned.

He was reported missing on Monday, January 7.

John is around 5 ft 8 inches in height, with a slim build, short brown hair, brown eyes and a pale complexion.

He has a tattoo on his right upper arm illustrating the O’Donnell coat of arms. He also has a scar on his face and a tattoo on his lower back which says Louise.

Extensive enquiries have been carried out, but all attempts to locate John have so far proved unsuccessful.

Officers are continuing to check CCTV footage for any information which could assist in locating John and they are appealing to anyone who may have seen John or who has any information as to his whereabouts to contact them via 101, quoting incident number1837 of 7 January 2019.
