Residents can get information and make payments for a wide range of council and East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture Trust services, including council tax, benefits, licensing and housing.
From April to September, the Kirkintilloch hub served 15,638 customers. Of these, 6,644 of customers had their enquiries resolved at the front desk and the remainder waited an average of 3.13 minutes to be seen by an agent at the desk or in an interview room.
Over 91.3 per cent were served within 10 minutes of arrival.
The Bishopbriggs interim hub was opened within the library earlier this year and has served 1,852 customers.
