Possible changes to Clyde Windfarm
Following consultation on its original proposals, it is reducing the number from 57 to 53, resiting nine of them, and reducing the heights of ten turbines.
It submitted its new plans this week.

Hide AdThe proposed extension to the existing Clyde windfarm site is on land surrounding Camps Reservoir, between Biggar, Abington and Moffat, on the boundaries of South Lanarkshire and Scottish Borders Councils.
The new plans are a response to representations received to the original planning application, submitted to the Scottish Government last October.
SSE’s Director of Onshore Renewables, David Gardner, said: “We have worked closely with consultees to refine the design and address concerns.”
