Ramsay of Carluke wins meat industry awards
Ramsay of Carluke, won several awards at the 2011 Smithfield Awards, a national product evaluation which is among the most coveted in the meat industry.
Boss Andrew Ramsay, who received his meaty prizes from celebrity chef and TV presenter Ainsley Harriott, was understandably delighted.
He said: “We’re thrilled that our products have been recognised and we’re especially proud to have received two Gold awards.
