Ravens eating sheep eyes at Newton of Wiston Farm
WISTON farmer Alex Mitchell is devastated that sheep in his prized flock are being eaten alive by a group of ravens.
Alex, of Newton of Wiston Farm, said that up to 20 of the fearless birds have been swooping down and “eating the sheep’s eyes” while the woolly beasts are lying on their backs.
“The sheep are going through torture,” Alex said.
