Renewables firm states Upperward could benefit from £4.7m windfarm community package

Developer Banks Renewables has outlined the scale of the community support package it would bring to the Upperward as part of its plans for a windfarm.

The company states that it is committed to working in partnership with locals in the Crawfordjohn area to deliver a potential £4.7 million community fund, as part of its Middle Muir Windfarm project.

But local people are already lodging objections.
