Road closures in place for October
Motorists travelling through East Renfrewshire are advised of major roadworks planned for a main stretch of road.
Work will be carried out at Rouken Glen Road and Spiersbridge Roundabout October 10-19, in line with the school holidays when traffic is lighter.
The first phase will see Spiersbridge Road closed, as well as the Stewarton Road on the northbound side - a contraflow will be in place along Rouken Glen Road and Nitshill Road.

Hide AdPhase two will include closures on the southbound lane of Spiersbridge Road, and Stewarton Road closed with the same Rouken Glen/Nitshill contraflow.
The third phase will see Rouken Glen Road closed westbound, with all other roads leading off the roundabout remaining open.
Diversions will be signposted throughout.
