Road in Clarkston to close for resurfacing work

A road in Clarkston is due to close for up to five days to allow for carriageway resurfacing to be carried out.

The work is part of East Renfrewshire Council’s £3 million road maintenance programme.

Greenwood Road is scheduled to be closed between its junctions from Buccleuch Avenue and Mearns Road, during the hours of 9am and 4pm, from Monday, October 14, until Friday, October 18.

Work will be carried out in two phases to allow access to be maintained as much as possible during the closure period.

Pedestrian access will be unaffected.
