SHERIFF VOWS TO STAMP OUT GANG WARFARE
A SHERIFF has declared war on youth gangs in Cumbernauld.
Speaking from the bench at Airdrie Sheriff Court while sentencing two gang members for assault last Wednesday, Sheriff Robert Dickson vowed to crack down on Cumbernauld's gang culture, which he said was a "significantly worse" problem than found in other towns.
