Shieldhill Hotel and Rowan Design nominated at Scottish Wedding Awards

TWO Upperward businesses will be hoping it will be all ‘white’ on the night as they aim to win at tomorrow’s Scottish Wedding Awards ceremony.

The Shieldhill Castle Hotel has been nominated in the South West Wedding Venue of the Year category while Biggar’s Rowan Design is in with a chance of winning the Florist of the Year title.

To enter the competition, dress makers, florists, photographers, caterers, and others throughout Scotland have been nominated by devoted clients that have experienced exceptional service.

Nominations have come in from far and wide for an event which is destined to be a superb evening in the Scottish event calendar.

The awards will be taking place on this Tuesday, February 24, at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow and is hosted by Radio Clyde DJ Gina McKie.
