Snapshots of Summer

Every summer, the Gazette has a surplus of additional gala day and event pictures which we're unable to use in the paper — as we don't have the luxury of 100 pages!

So this year, in a new venture, we've decided to put those snaps to good use.

Our photographer Lindsay Addison and a team of freelancers spent a lot of time capturing every second of excitement from each event.

So this week, your Carluke and Lanark Gazette features a FREE special supplement — boasting 16 full-colour pages of summer fun.

Carluke Gala Day, Lanimer Day and galas in Biggar, Lesmahagow, Blackwood and Kirkmuirhill, Carstairs, Carstairs Junction, Forth, Coalburn, Douglas, Leadhills and Carnwath all feature in our Snapshots of Summer.

And we've also included village days and a section on New Lanark's Midsummer Music event too!
