Support gala day fundraiser
The organising committee of Viewpark Gala Day is urging local people to support its first fundraiser ahead of the 2017 event.
A Rod Stewart tribute show is taking place in Burnhead Bowling Club on Sunday from 1-7pm.
In additional there will be a quiz, games and much more to raise funds for the annual event.

Hide AdTickets costing £6 are available from the bowling club, Tollhouse Xtra Local in Birkenshaw and committee members.

Sharon Swan, from the organising committee, said: “It should be a great day and lots of people are saying ‘I’m going’, but tickets aren’t moving as quickly as we would like.
“We really need people to support our fundraising activities as without these events being successful there will be no gala day.”
