Taking pride in the job earns builder an award
A building site manager has won a prestigious award for the work he’s done on a Kirkintilloch development.
Michael Carrigan has been awarded an ‘NHBC Pride in the Job Award’, which recognises personal achievement of site managers in creating new UK homes of outstanding quality.
Michael, of CALA Homes, landed the prize for working on their site at Woodilee Village in Kirkintilloch, joining 450 Quality Award winners from across the UK. Selected from around 15,000 entrants from across the country, they are in the top few per cent of their profession.
Malcolm MacLeod, regional director for NHBC, said: “Congratulations to Michael Carrigan of CALA Homes (West) Ltd, who has been commended for building homes that are of an exceptional standard.”
