Trails and tales from across the district

The ‘Trails and Tales’ project, focuses on the rich and varied past of the area and has been running for the last two years - culminating in the trails which will ensure the lasting legacy of the project.

Trust Chair, Councillor Anne Jarvis, is hopeful that as well as those already involved in the project, the exciting prospect of helping develop an outdoor trail will attract new blood.

She said: “Please consider coming along to hear about the findings from the Trails and Tales community activity programme. Developing these outdoor trails and deciding their location will be an exciting opportunity for people to contribute to this popular and fascinating local heritage project.”

Evening consultation events will run from 7-9pm and be held in a relaxed informal setting with refreshments provided.
