Hide AdEast Renfrewshire Council has posted a short video featuring community safety officer Adam, who gives a reminder of the rules.
In particular, he stresses there is no parking or stopping allowed on the yellow zig-zag lines at school gates; that there is no stopping or waiting allowed on double yellow lines; and that disabled parking bays at schools are for blue badge holders only.
Failing to adhere to these rules could land you with a £60 fine.
Adam also highlights that many schools are in residential areas.
