Travel chaos on subway this morning

There has been travel chaos on the Glasgow subway during the morning rush after services were suspended.

The outer circle has been suspended due to a signalling fault while there is only a part service running on the inner circle.

The inner circle is running from Shields Road to West Street, Bridge Street and into the city centre only.

Anyone with a valid Subway ticket can travel for free on First buses until the problem is resolved, SPT have said.

The suspension was announced at around 8am on Friday morning.
