Trouble ahead – £200 damage as car is targeted for Sat-Nav

A FED-up motorist has been left with a bill for £200 after a car was broken into.

The Ford Fiesta was targeted in Lennox Place, Lennoxtown, between 5.30pm on Saturday, June 23, and 8.30am the next morning.

Thieves smashed one of the vehicle’s windows and escaped with a satnav system.

Meanwhile, raiders left empty-handed after forcing their way into a garden shed at the weekend. The shed, at a property in Pentland Drive, was broken into overnight between Friday, June 22, and Saturday, June 23.
