Vets advise farmers to get animals checked for Liver Fluke

Is your herd fluke positive? This year has produced the perfect storm for Liver Fluke in cattle and sheep to increase.

With the number of disease outbreaks continuing to rise, vets are advising farmers to get their animals checked and treated to reduce the chance of losses.

The West of Scotland has not had a full dry week since the end of May, with total rainfall having been recorded at more than 175% of the normal level.
