Video shows the moment the Red Road flats were (almost) demolished
Here’s the moment when Glasgow’s iconic Red Road flats were very nearly razed to the ground.
Thousands of people - including the Herald’s photographer - looked on as the buildings were demolished.
But it didn’t go entirely to plan - with parts of two of the towers remaining partially standing.
Work will take place this week to complete the demolition.
