Volunteers wanted for TV series

A documentary maker is looking for volunteers from East Dunbartonshire to become involved in a programme about how illness can prove a hurdle for those seeking love.

The series, to be broadcast on The Learning Channel (TLC), will look at five different areas of the UK, speaking to those with illnesses that can be hidden - and the all-important question of when to reveal all to prospective partners.

Contributors will be raising awareness about their conditions and challenge preconceptions that may exist - with the show aiming to provide inspiration for those who are in a similar situation. Anybody wanting to get involved should either call 02072900530 or email [email protected]
