Watch out for turbines going through Carnwath

Sections of the turbines for the Muirhall Windfarm extension are being delivered in the next few days.

From tomorrow (Friday, November 27) through the weekend until Wednesday December 3, there will be two loads a day.

It is estimated that they will pass through Carnwath at noon each day.

Muirhall Energy are warning that these are slow-moving loads with police escorts, so there will be some delay.

Motorists in a hurry may like to use the A70 to Polkelly Road (C37) to avoid them!

Clydesdale firm Muirhall Windfarm at Stallashaw Moss, has been going since 2010.
