Win Monty!

The Scottish Golf Union and Scottish Ladies’ Golfing Association are joining forces with Monty in a new charity partnership which will give golfers the chance to have a very unique tale to tell at the 19th hole.

Both governing bodies have adopted the Elizabeth Montgomerie Foundation as their charity partner, which will see Monty lining up alongside 80 club golfers at The Carrick, Loch Lomond, in September.

As part of the activities designed to raise £1 million for Maggies Centres in Aberdeen and Lanarkshire, golf clubs will also be given the chance to ‘Win Monty for a Day’, in return for their fundraising efforts.

Qualifying will take place via a special medal on the weekend of the Open Championship in July. Every club will be invited to take part. For more information visit www.scottishgolf.org or call 01334 466477.
