Eleanor Ballantyne, 60, was struck by a vehicle while walking on Manse Road in December 2019.
She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow but sadly died due to her injuries.
The other injured pedestrians were taken to the same hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 65 year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the crash.
“A full report has been forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.”
