Carluke ‘flasher’ strikes in town centre

The Gazette reported a total of four previous incidents of public indecency and published an appeal from police for information which it was hoped would lead to his arrest.

However, the same man is reported to have exposed himself again on Thursday, July 31, again in broad daylight, this time in Market Square.
