Car allegedly stolen involved in road accident

The incident happened at around 3.30 a.m. on Friday, August 17, on Stirling Road.

No one was injured as a result of the accident and a 37-year-old male driver has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

The man has been charged with a number of alleged offences including stealing a car and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

It is also alleged the man was driving dangerously and without insurance,
