Another medal for Marianne
CUMBERNAULD netball star Marianne Keenan has added yet another medal to her collection following a recent tournament with the Scotland West netball team.
The 27-year-old took part in the Special Olympics’ National Netball Home Countries’ Competition in Largs on October 1 and 2.
Marianne, who plays at wing defence, came home with a silver medal as the West squad finished in second place, but it was a good day for the country as a whole as another Scottish side took the gold.
