Biggar girl Jenni Kerr wins national ice skating bronze
IN only her third competitive outing, Biggar High School S1 pupil Jenni Kerr won a bronze medal at a national ice skating competition.
Jenni (12), impressed judges with her presentation and technique during a 90-second routine at the recent Ayr Open, watched by a crowd including her parents Graeme and Linda.
Graeme said: “It was very emotional watching Jenni skate.”
