Carluke brothers Colin and Fraser Watson win Scottish bowls triples

CARLUKE bowling brothers Colin and Fraser Watson, of Ramage Road, celebrated their recent Scottish under-16 Indoor Triples title triumph with a soft drink...and another game of bowls back at Blantyre Miners Welfare Indoor Bowling Club!

Carluke High School pupils Colin (14) and Fraser (12), alongside Blantyre-based team-mate Mark Radigan, celebrated after winning four matches at Coatbridge to take the prestigious title.

"I'm very proud of the boys," their delighted mum Jean told Gazette Sport.

"My Mother's Day present was watching them win all their games!

"What made the victory even more sweet is that they won 5-4 in the final having been 4-0 down."
