Carluke Nanbudo Club member Conor Baillie gets black belt

Sixth year Carluke High pupil Conor (18) attained the prestigious grading at an international course in Marseille, attended by around 150 students from across Europe and parts of Africa.

Mr Nanbu paid particular attention to Conor’s Randoris (fights) during the course, to see how he would perform against people who were already black belts.
