Carluke’s Andrew McIntyre rated Newmarket’s best head lad ever

Andrew (17), of Cooper Avenue, excelled at a nine-week training course so much that he landed a full-time job at the Carluke-based Belstane Racing Stables run by prolific head trainer Keith Dalgleish.

“Andrew said that the course was the best experience of his life,” said his proud mum Alison.
