Celtic are closing in on retaining the Scottish Premiership title and are still looking to complete another famous treble, having already lifted the Viaplay Cup and pushing to claim back the Scottish Cup.
That kind of success is likely to generate a lot of transfer interest, both from players who want to play for the Hoops and from other clubs interested in snapping up their current stars. The past few months has not seen too much movement of the rumour mill when it comes to Celtic but there have been a few interesting names that have been linked with the club.
Here is how a Celtic starting XI COULD look early next season based on some of the transfer rumours we have seen since the turn of the new year:

5. Carl Starfelt
Some defensive reinforcements will surely be on the cards come the transfer window but few names have really been mentioned to this date. In the meantime, Starfelt impressed enough this season while January arrival Yuki Kobayashi may expect more game time after a full pre-season to bed in. | Getty Images

6. Ardon Jashari
Celtic have ridiculous strength in depth in central midfield but that hasn’t stopped them being linked with both defensive and offensive players including the Swiss international who is still only 20 years old and earning rave reviews with Luzern in his homeland this season. | Getty Images

7. Yuito Suzuki
Despite their previously mentioned strength in midfield the Japan U23 international is another, more attacking, option that has been linked. Playing primarily as a CAM he can also operate on the wing and would add even more depth than what the Hoops already have if signed. | AFP via Getty Images

8. Callum McGregor
The skipper will turn 30-years old in June and will almost certainly lead the Hoops again next campaign for what will be his 10th season since his senior debut in 2014.
