Clyde’s Declan heads to Dundee

CLYDE will be hoping for an improvement in performances next season. However, they will have to turn round their last campaign’s dismal form without talented centre half Declan Gallagher, who has joined first division side Dundee.

Gallagher (21) joined the Bully Wee last season after impressing with Celtic’s under 19 side. He went on to play 26 times for the Broadwood side and despite missing a number of games, due to an operation, became a crucial part of Jim Duffy’s side.

The youngster had been offered a new contract with Clyde, but the lure of full-time football at Dens Park proved too good to turn down.
