Kilsyth soccer babes celebrate cup victory
Kilsyth Athletic 1997s won the Cumbernauld and Kilsyth District Youth League, Matthew McGregor Memorial Cup at Guy’s Meadow on Sunday.
They cruised to a six-nil victory against Cumbernauld Colts, completing a successful week after also collecting the league trophy on Wednesday night.
The team are now looking ahead to their Central Regional Cup final at Ochilview Park, on May 18 at 6.30pm and are hoping for a strong support.
The team would like to thank the league committee and delegates for a great day. Congratulations to coaches Gerry Gilfillan and Willie Allan.
