Partick Thistle claim legal advice says Dundee vote should stand

And should that be the case the football bosses' plan to call a halt to the Championship campaign, relegating Thistle, would fail.
Dundee are thought to have originally intended to vote 'no' but did not formally submit their vote.

That would mean Thistle being relegated, despite only being two points behind second bottom Queen of the South with a game in hand.
In a statement posted on their website Thistle say they have obtained a Joint Opinion from Senior and Junior Counsel to identify what can be done to remedy the current situation.
They say the QC’s legal Opinion concludes that "information dispensed to Clubs and the process utilised in putting forward the resolution, could potentially be held to be a breach of the duty by the SPFL to provide sufficient information to member clubs to allow them to make a properly informed decision in relation to the SPFL’s resolution."
