Rangers lose out in drop tussle

This was a very important game for both sides struggling to avoid the drop.

A win for Kilsyth would almost certainly ensure safety, a win was the only result that would give Kilwinning a chance of staying up.

In the end it was the visitors who got the points and now Rangers have to win at least one of their two remaining league games to be sure of continued presence in the Super League.
