Vaclav Cerny - Czech Republic
The Wolfsburg loanee was involved with the Czech as they recorded a 2-0 win over Albania on home soil before recording a 1-1 draw with Ukraine to ensure they moved top of their Nations League group. Cerny played 69 minutes of last Friday’s victory, where he came up against new Gers teammate Nedim Bajrami. Three days late, the winger played another 58 minutes for his country.
Nedim Bajrami - Albania
Bajrami endured contrasting fortunes during the international break, with his country winning one and losing one of their two Nations League matches. The versatile midfielder played 88 minutes in Friday’s defeat against the Czech Republic, where he came face-to-face with Vaclav Cerny. He kept his place in the starting XI and contributed the assist for Albania’s goal as they defeated Georgia in Tbilisi on Monday. He cut the ball back for Kristjan Asllani to score.
Ianis Hagi - Romania
The playmaker was once again called up to represent his country after recently being integrated back into the first-team set-up at Ibrox. And he enjoyed a positive international window, making two substitute appearances as the Romanians moved clear at the top of Nations League Group C2 with two victories. Hagi came off the bench to play the final 20 minutes of the 3-0 win away to Cyprus last weekend before being given another late cameo in the 2-1 victory over Lithuania in Kaunas on Tuesday.

Ivorian midfielder was an unused substitute for their 4-1 African Cup of Nations qualifying win over Sierra Leone last Friday, but came off the bench to play 45 minutes during the 1-0 away defeat to the same country on Monday evening.
John Souttar - Scotland

Souttar impressed for Steve Clarke’s side, playing a full 90 minutes at centre-back during the Nations League double-header against Croatia and Portugal. He earned a man of the match away in Tuesday’s goalless draw with the Portuguese at Hampden, helping his country to shut-out Cristiano Ronaldo and his teammates to pick up their first point of the campaign, just a few days after starting the camp with a narrow 2-1 defeat away in Zagreb.
Connor Barron / Leon King / Lewis Budinauckas / Robbie Fraser - Scotland U/21s
The young Scots saw their European Championship qualification hopes ended as they crashed to back-to-back defeats against Belgium and Kazakhstan. First-team mainstay Barron and goalkeeper Budinauckas both played 90 minutes in Friday’s 2-0 loss to the Belgian at Tynecastle, before the former received a late call-up yo Steve Clarke’s senior squad for the remainder of the camp.
On Tuesday evening, Budinauckas was again between the sticks as Scotland suffered a 3-2 defeat in Almaty. Leon King and Robbie Fraser weren’t involved in either match.
