Giffnock Soccer Centre (GSC) was founded in 1995 by a group of dads keen to teach their children the rudiments of football in a safe and fun environment.

It is now one of the biggest clubs of its type in the country with over 1000 boys and girls currently at the club. The club is run entirely by over 200 volunteers and coaches.

It is also accredited to the Positive Coaching Scotland programme and, in March 2013, became the first club in the area to be recognised by the SFA as a Disability Inclusive Club.
