Gary Swan, Carluke, aims for BDO World Darts Championship

RETIRED fireman Gary Swan has a burning desire to qualify for next year’s BDO World Darts Championship.

Gary (52), of Whiteshaw Avenue, Carluke, is desperate to make his mark on the sport in his third season back on the professional circuit after a nine-year sabbatical.

He said: “Qualifying for the BDO World Championships is the reason I came back to darts.”
